Jian Bing Chinese Crepes Recipe

- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Green onion chopped
- 4 Crispy wonton wrappers crushed
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and milk to make a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a thin layer of batter to cover the bottom.
Crack an egg onto the crepe, spread it evenly, and let it cook for a minute.
Flip the crepe, spread hoisin and soy sauce, sprinkle green onions and crushed wonton wrappers.
Fold the crepe and serve hot.
