Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • 4 Crispy wonton wrappers crushed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and milk to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a thin layer of batter to cover the bottom.
  3. Crack an egg onto the crepe, spread it evenly, and let it cook for a minute.
  4. Flip the crepe, spread hoisin and soy sauce, sprinkle green onions and crushed wonton wrappers.
  5. Fold the crepe and serve hot.
