Leche Flan Recipe
A classic Filipino dessert made with creamy caramel custard.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 10 Egg yolks
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Caramelize the sugar in a pan until golden brown. Pour into llanera or baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into the llanera or baking dish over the caramelized sugar.
4. Steam for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool before refrigerating.
5. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
