  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook as desired.
