Marinated Cucumbers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thin
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until cucumbers are well coated.
4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
