  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place tuna steaks in the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
