  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Meatloaf Leftover meatloaf works great
  • 4 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place 4 slices of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add a slice of cheese, a slice of meatloaf, and another slice of cheese on each piece of bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
