  • 4 cups Stale bread, cubed
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Chorizo, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chorizo, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until softened.
  3. Add cubed bread and cook until crispy.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over the mixture. Stir until eggs are cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
