Mock Tuna Salad Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make mock tuna salad using chickpeas.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until they are broken down but still have some texture.
Add the red onion, celery, vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
