Montreal Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, featuring Montreal smoked meat.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 200 g Montreal smoked meat thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- 2 tablespoon Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer with Swiss cheese, Montreal smoked meat, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
4. Top with remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
