Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Vegetables (chopped) e.g., bell peppers, spinach, onions
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add in the cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Grease the muffin pan and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the frittatas are set and slightly golden.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
