  • 1 cup Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 4 cups Club soda

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine grated ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice and club soda to the ginger syrup. Stir well.
  5. 5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
