Nutella Stuffed French Toast

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 4 tablespoon Nutella
- 2 units Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Butter for cooking
1. Spread Nutella on one side of 4 bread slices. Top with the remaining 4 slices to make sandwiches.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
4. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
5. Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
