Onion Jam Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and caramelized, about 30 minutes.
Stir in the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and jam-like.
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
