- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk any kind
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- ½ cup fresh fruit for topping
1. In a mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with fresh fruit before serving.
