  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • ½ cup fresh fruit for topping

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.
  2. 2. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  4. 4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with fresh fruit before serving.
