Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and boiling water. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin into a thin circle.
  5. Brush each circle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and chopped green onions.
  6. Roll each circle into a log, then coil the log into a spiral. Flatten again with a rolling pin.
  7. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
