- 1 lb Ground Pork
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon Pepper

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Form the mixture into sausage links or patties.
