  • ¼ cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 slices bread your choice
  • 1 cup lettuce optional, for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, and paprika.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Spread the egg salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Top with lettuce if using, then place the remaining bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
