Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 unit Egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. 4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. 5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
