Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Set aside.
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
