Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings in a skillet until the bottoms are golden brown.
