Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Chopped Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Dumpling Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings in a skillet until the bottoms are golden brown.
