Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked pinto beans
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Onion, finely chopped
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the cooked pinto beans, ground cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.
Use a wooden spoon to mash the beans to your desired consistency.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and slightly thickened.
