  • 2 cups Cooked pinto beans
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Onion, finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the cooked pinto beans, ground cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.
  5. Use a wooden spoon to mash the beans to your desired consistency.
  6. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and slightly thickened.
