  • 1 lb Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 pieces Bread Rolls split
  • 1 cup Arugula fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and horseradish (if using) on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Layer the roast beef and cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Top with fresh arugula and cover with the top half of the roll.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
