- 1.5 lbs new red potatoes halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
