Saint Paddys Irish Sandwich Recipe
A hearty and delicious Irish sandwich perfect for Saint Patrick's Day.

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Rye Bread
- 1 lb Corned Beef thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Sauerkraut drained
- ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side, spread Thousand Island dressing.
3. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on four slices of bread.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
