Salmon Tartare
A fresh and delicious salmon tartare recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Fresh Salmon finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Shallots finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, Dijon mustard, capers, shallots, chives, and lemon juice.
2. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and gently fold to combine.
3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
