Sausage Pepper and Onion Sandwiches Recipe
Hearty and flavorful sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions.

Main Ingredients
- 4 links Italian sausage
- 2 large bell peppers (any color) sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 rolls hoagie rolls split
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove sausages and set aside. Add peppers and onions to the skillet.
Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Return sausages to the skillet and cook with peppers and onions for another 5 minutes.
Place sausages in hoagie rolls and top with peppers and onions.
