Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 links Italian sausage
  • 2 large bell peppers (any color) sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 rolls hoagie rolls split

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove sausages and set aside. Add peppers and onions to the skillet.
  4. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return sausages to the skillet and cook with peppers and onions for another 5 minutes.
  6. Place sausages in hoagie rolls and top with peppers and onions.
