- 4 slices Bread Preferably stale
- 3 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter For frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter.
4. Fry the bread slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
