Sea Scallops and Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add white wine and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in butter until melted and combined.
6. Return the scallops to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
