Sesame Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
- 2 pcs Green Onions chopped, for garnish
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
