Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef Seasoned with taco seasoning
  • ½ cup Black Beans Drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Sliced Jalapeños Optional
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream For serving
  • ¼ cup Salsa For serving
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro For garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef, black beans, and sliced jalapeños on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
