  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns
  • 8 slices Cheese Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun. Serve immediately.
