- 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, salt, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
3. Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
4. Add the butter and chopped onion to the slow cooker.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
