Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
