Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1. Place beef, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
