Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  3. 3. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over it.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. 6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce. Serve hot.
