Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs venison roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 4 large potatoes, chopped
1. Place venison roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Add chopped carrots and potatoes, cook for an additional 2 hours.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
