Ingredients 

Brisket and Rub

  • 5 pounds Beef Brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the brisket.
  4. 4. Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
