Brisket and Rub
- 5 pounds Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Rub the mixture all over the brisket.
4. Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
5. Let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
