  • 100 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 0.5 unit Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Capers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  2. 2. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Layer smoked salmon, arugula, red onion, and capers on two slices of bread.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
