  • 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the blended mixture to the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Let it cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
