- 4 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the apple slices and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
