Southern Tomato Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices White bread Toasted
- 1 large Tomato Sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste over the tomatoes.
5. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
