Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn the chicken occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
