Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
