- 1 lb Red jalapeño peppers stems removed
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- ¼ cup White vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
1. Blend the peppers and garlic until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add vinegar, sugar, and salt.
3. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Let the sauce cool, then strain it to remove solids.
5. Store in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator.
