  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute to form a roux.
  3. Gradually add the beef broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm over steak.
