Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Delicious blueberry muffins topped with a sweet streusel.

Muffin Batter
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 0.33 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Streusel Topping
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.33 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup butter, cubed
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add to flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups to the top.
For the streusel topping, mix sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
