Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops thick cut
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each pork chop and stuff with the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Transfer pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
