Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops thick cut
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley fresh
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cut a pocket into each pork chop and stuff with the bread crumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
