Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the salmon with steamed rice and vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
