A simple and delicious Teriyaki Salmon recipe that's perfect for a quick dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the salmon with steamed rice and vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
