Thai Peanut Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Chopped Peanuts for garnish
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
