  • 2 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork.
  2. Add the vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve on bread or with crackers.
