Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu drained and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
In a bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork.
Add the vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on bread or with crackers.
