Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Venison ground
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add ground venison, cook until browned.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. Assemble wraps by placing venison mixture, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
